Disney lists the whole experience at 10 minutes, and most of that is the line: standby runs outside with little shade before the doors open into an air-conditioned room. Inside, Olaf poses in a summer beach set, leaning into the joke about what happens to a snowman in July. He hugs, mugs for the camera, and talks with his hands. What he does not do is sign, so cast members hand out a printed card instead. A Disney photographer covers the greeting, so nobody in the family has to be the one holding the phone.
