Milk Stand is a walk-up window in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and it sells one thing: frozen plant-based rice milk in blue, green, or pink, $9.79 a cup. It opened on August 29, 2019. Luke Skywalker drinks the blue in A New Hope and the green in The Last Jedi, which is why the stall has a line. The name misleads people. Nothing here is dairy, and what arrives is a fruity slush closer to a frozen cocktail mixer than a milkshake.

Reviewers split hard on the taste. The blue reads sweet and tropical to most people, while the green, which the menu calls zippy citrus and tropical, comes across to plenty of guests as perfume. Buy one cup and pass it around before anyone commits to three. The good

  • Nothing on the board is made with dairy
